RC Lens: employment initiatives with Adecco (recruitment agency), official partner for 2025-2028

Adecco, a network of employment agencies belonging to the Franco-Swiss group The Adecco Group, has become an official partner of RC Lens (Ligue 1 McDonald's) for three seasons, over the 2025-2028 cycle, announced the club on 07/07/2025.

Under the terms of this agreement, which "aims to underline the club's social dimension and territorial roots", Adecco will rank third in RC Lens' sponsorship hierarchy alongside eight other brands. The two partners will be rolling out employment initiatives aimed at the women's team (promoted to the Arkema Première Ligue for 2025-26) and the training centre, "by making them aware of the realities of the professional world and the opportunities for retraining". The Stade Bollaert-Delelis (38,223 capacity) will also host an "Employment Forum" aimed at bringing together job seekers and local recruiters. Similar initiatives are being proposed by Adecco with some of its partner clubs (Clermont Foot 63, Paris FC, Stade Français Paris).
