Toulouse FC: Olivier Cloarec (ex-Stade Rennais FC) appointed president effective from 15/07/2025

Olivier Cloarec, executive chairman of Stade Rennais FC from May 2022 to September 2024, has been appointed president of Toulouse FC (Ligue 1 McDonald's) with effect from 15/07, announced the club on 08/07/2025.

The executive, who has also worked for Dijon FCO and Stade Brestois 29 in particular, succeeds Neil Chugani. The managing director of RedBird Capital Partners, the American fund that has owned Toulouse FC since July 2020, was appointed interim president of the club on 04/06. He had held the position since the departure of Damien Comolli, announced on 28/05, four days before his arrival at Juventus FC (Serie A Enilive) as general manager.

Neil Chugani remains chairman of the board of directors at Toulouse FC "in order to guarantee continuity and stability."
