FIFA: office opens in Trump Tower (New York, USA)

FIFA has opened an office in New York (USA) in the Trump Tower "in order to strengthen the body's presence in the United States," announced International Federation on 08/07/2025. The building, located in the Manhattan district, will also house the Club World Cup 2025 trophy, which will be open to supporters until the final, scheduled for 13/07.

The office was inaugurated in the presence of former Brazil international Ronaldo and Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization. This is the second office opened by the International Federation on American soil, following the installation of a branch in Miami (USA) in the summer of 2023, which houses the body's legal and compliance division as well as the staff responsible for the operational delivery of the Club World Cup 2025 and the 2026 World Cup (co-hosted with Canada & Mexico).
