Wimbledon 2025: a record 5.67 million viewers for the men's final on Sky in Italy

Jannik Sinner (ITA) - Carlos Alcaraz (ESP) (4-6, 6-4, 6-4), the men's final of the 2025 edition of the Wimbledon Grand Slam tennis tournament, drew an average of 5.67 million viewers on the Sky Italia group channels in Italy on Sunday 13/07/2025 (match start at 17:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Auditel.

This figure represented an audience share of 40.4%. The match was broadcast on the free DTT channel TV8 (4.14 million viewers/29.5% audience share) as well as on the pay-TV channels Sky Sport Uno, Sky Sport Tennis and Sky Sport 4K. This was the highest audience ever for a Wimbledon final broadcast by Sky in Italy. A peak of 7.61 million viewers was also recorded for the match point (audience share: 43.2%).

In Spain, the match drew an average of 608,000 viewers on the two Movistar Plus+ pay-TV channels that broadcast it (442,000 and 166,000 viewers respectively), according to data from audience measurement institute Kantar. Cumulative audience share: 7.4% (5.4% and 2%).
