The BBC posted a record digital audience for the 2025 edition of the Wimbledon Grand Slam tennis tournament (played from 30/06 to 13/07/2025) with a total of "69.3 million digital video views" (compared with 50.1 million in 2024 and the previous record of 54.3 million in 2023) on the BBC iPlayer platform and BBC Sport online (website and app), according to the public broadcasting group on 14/07/2025.

The men's final of the tournament between Italy's Jannik Sinner and Spain's Carlos Alcaraz (4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4) recorded a peak audience of 8.8 million viewers on BBC channels on Sunday 13/07/2025 (match start at 16:00 GMT), according to the public broadcaster. The women's final, won by Poland's Iga Świątek over American Amanda Anisimova (6-0, 6-0), peaked at 4.1 million viewers on BBC One.

The BBC has held the broadcasting rights to Wimbledon since 1937 (radio rights since 1927) and extended them to 2025-2027 on 09/07/2021. TNT Sports offers daily highlights of the tournament on its channels, and co-broadcasts the singles finals with the BBC.
