Media: Italian company Deltatre (digital solutions) acquires Endeavor Streaming (OTT)

Deltatre has acquired its OTT solutions subsidiary Endeavor Streaming from Endeavor Group Holdings "to create a digital and streaming platform leader," announced the Italian company specialised in digital solutions for sports broadcasters and event organisers on 15/07/2025.

"The combined business will be best equipped to deliver for sports, media, and entertainment clients through a compelling and comprehensive range of digital experiences - all within a centralised partnership with Deltatre - moving away from the complexity of tactical, multi-vendor service provider deployments," explained the company.

Among the clients resulting from this acquisition are the NFL, UFC, Sky, NBA, WWE, MLB, World Rugby and UEFA. Endeavor Streaming is also a partner of the LFP in the development of its Ligue 1+ OTT platform, dedicated to broadcasting French top flight matches from the 2025-26 season.
