Bundesliga: EA Sports succeeds Konami as a platinium partner of FC Bayern Munich from 2025-26

The American video games publisher EA Sports, via its football video game EA Sports FC, has become an official partner of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), as part of "multi-year" deal, announced the club on 16/07/2025.

EA Sports succeeds Japanese video game publisher Konami, which has been a platinum partner (second level) of FC Bayern Munich since 2019-20. Following the termination of this deal, the club's name, logo, kit and the Allianz Arena will no long feature on Konami's eFootball video game, while "no changes will be made to the names and images of currently owned players and managers," said Konami.

"Thanks to the authenticity of EA Sports FC, fans can look forward to experiencing over 750 clubs and national teams, 120 stadiums and more than 300 partners.
