CAF: Apsonic (motorbikes) renews as a sponsor of the TotalEnergies AFCON for 2 editions (2025 & 2027)

Apsonic, a Chinese motorbike manufacturer prominent in the African market, is to continue as an official sponsor of the TotalEnergies AFCON for the 2025 (held in Morocco from 21/12/2025 to 18/01/2026) and 2027 (co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania) editions of the competition, announced the Confederation of African Football on 18/07/2025.

As part of this renewed agreement, Apsonic will continue to rank second in the competition's sponsorship hierarchy and will benefit from "premium brand exposure across all CAF platforms, including in-stadium branding, digital activation campaigns and fan engagement initiatives," said the body. The brand has been involved with CAF since the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023, held in Côte d'Ivoire from 13/01 to 11/02/2024.

This is the third sponsorship deal that has been renewed or expanded by the body for the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025, following those with Tecno (smartphones) and AGL (logistics). The competition has also welcomed two new official sponsors: Moroccan airline Royal Air Maroc and French food group Danone.
