DAZN: distribution agreement renewed & extended with Warner Bros. Discovery in Italy from 2025

DAZN and Warner Bros. Discovery, owner of the Eurosport group, have renewed and extended their distribution agreement in Italy from 2025, announced the OTT platform on 22/07/2025.

This extended agreement will see DAZN, in addition to distributing the Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 channels, offer all the competitions broadcast via Eurosport's digital offering. The platform will also distribute Warner Bros. Discovery's Italian free-to-air channels such as Nove and DMAX.

DAZN has been distributing the Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 channels in several European territories, including Italy, since 2020. This agreement was subsequently extended until 2023 and again until 2026, on 24/08/2023.

Warner Bros. Discovery holds the rights to broadcast the Roland-Garros and Australian Open Grand Slam tournaments, the Grand Tours of cycling (Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, La Vuelta) and the Olympic Games in Italy.
