RC Lens: "Lampi Club" launched to introduce 6-12 year-olds to the club's history & local history

RC Lens (Ligue 1 McDonald's) has the "Lampi Club" programme from the 2025-26 season, designed to "introduce the new generation to the club's history, its 'sang et or' (blood & gold, club colours) heritage and, more broadly, the local area," announced the French club on 24/07/2025. Membership is priced at €19.06 per season, in reference to the year in which the club was founded (1906).

This programme, which "also aims to promote access to education, sport for all, culture and leisure", is being launched to coincide with the season in which RC Lens celebrates its 120^th anniversary. Members of the programme will receive a welcome pack (membership card, supporter's scarf, stickers, bag and educational booklet about the club) and will benefit from activities "throughout the season: a visit to the Bollaert-Delelis, discovery of cultural sites in the region, meetings with players, broadcasting of away matches from the lounges at Bollaert-Delelis."

As part of this initiative, the youth mascot "Lampi" (a reference to the miner's lamp) "will make an appearance at events aimed at children."
