UEFA Women's Euro 2025: prize money for the 16 participating teams

The 16 football associations/federations whose national teams took part in Euro 2025 in Switzerland will receive between €1.8m and €5m from UEFA, the competition organisers. This brings the total prize money to €41m.

England (The FA), the winners of this Women's Euro 2025 (and also victorious in 2022), will receive €5m, including €1.75m thanks to their victory over Spain in the final. Due to their results in the group stage - three defeats in three matches - at the end of which they were eliminated, three national teams will each receive €1.8m: Wales, Denmark and Iceland. This sum corresponds to the fixed portion distributed to the competing teams, which represents a total of €28.8m (i.e. 70% of the overall prize money).

The €41m in bonuses to the federations represents a 156% increase on the €16m for the 2022 edition (played in England), as UEFA pointed out on 16/12/2024.
