Portugal/FPF: Betano (bookmaker) title sponsor of the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira

Betano, a sports betting operator belonging to the Greek group Kaizen Gaming, has become the title sponsor (2^nd level) of the Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira (Portuguese Super Cup), announced the Federaçao Portuguesa de Futebol (FPF) on 29/07/2025.

The competition - which will pit 2024-25 Liga Portugal Betclic champions, Sporting Clube de Portugal, against the winners of the Taça de Portugal (Portuguese Cup), SL Benfica, at the Estádio Algarve (kick-off at 21:45 CET) on 31/07/2025 and has officially held the name "Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira" after the former Portuguese player, coach and sports journalist Cândido de Oliveira, since the 1981-82 season - will now be known as the "Supertaça Cândido de Oliveira Betano".

As part of the agreement, the FPF and Betano, which has been present in the Portuguese market for six years, will carry out a range of activations and initiatives aimed at enhancing the fan experience.
