Spain: Volkswagen (car manufacturer) official sponsor of LALIGA & Liga F from 2025-26

German car manufacturer Volkswagen has become an official sponsor of LALIGA as well as a global sponsor of Liga F as part of a "multi-season partnership" from 2025-26, announced the Spanish men's professional league on 04/08/2025.

The aim of the partnership is to highlight the German manufacturer's "ID" range of electric vehicles. Together with the 58 clubs covered by the agreement (42 men's clubs and 16 women's teams), the German manufacturer will carry out joint initiatives "focused on sustainability, electrification, and fan proximity, while also boosting the visibility of women's football," said LALIGA, which also extended its partnership with Balkrishna Industries Ltd (tyres) for a further three seasons (2025-2028) on 25/07/2025.

Several brands are committed to the Spanish men's and women's leagues.
