Borussia Dortmund: Polestar (car manufacturer) sleeve sponsor for 2025-2028 (€5m per season)

Polestar, a Swedish car manufacturer specialised in electric vehicles, has become a sleeve sponsor of Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) for three seasons (2025-2028), announced the club on 04/08/2025. The agreement is worth an estimated €5m a year, according to the German daily Bild the same day.

In addition to visibility on the BVB shirts, the Swedish group will also appear on signage at Signal Iduna Park (81,365 capacity) as well as on the club's training kit. As part of the agreement, Polestar will also become the German club's "mobility partner", supplying it with a fleet of 60 electric vehicles.

Polestar replaces the Dutch parcel delivery service GLS, which has been displayed on the sleeve of the club's shirts since the 2022-23 season. On the mobility front, the Swedish brand also replaces German car dealership Rosier (contracted for 2023-2025), which remains Borussia Dortmund's commercial vehicle partner.
