The LFP will launch its new Ligue 1+ streaming service dedicated to broadcasting Ligue 1 McDonald's matches from the 2025-26 season, on 15/08/2025. This is due to the premature termination of the contract with DAZN, which initially covered five seasons until 2029. The LFP will broadcast eight out of nine live games per Ligue 1 matchday in 2025-26 via its new service, with beIN SPORTS France remaining the exclusive live broadcaster of the remaining match (for €78.5m).
