Sponsorship: major changes for Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs for the 2025-26 season

With four clubs under contract, one more than during the previous season, adidas is the most represented equipment supplier among the nine brands partnered with the 18 clubs that comprise the 2025-26 Ligue 1 McDonald's. The German group is ahead of Nike and Puma, which each have contracts with three clubs (compared with four in 2024-25).

Two of adidas' contracts have been extended for a new cycle from 2025-26: one with Olympique Lyonnais (for a further four seasons, until the end of 2028-29), and one with Stade Brestois 29 (2025-2030). In addition, four Ligue 1 sides have a new kit supplier from this new season, including AS Monaco FC, with Mizuno taking over from Kappa (2025-2030). Joma has replaced Umbro at FC Lorient, while Le Havre AC has made the opposite switch. Finally, Le Coq Sportif was replaced by Kappa at OGC Nice in November 2024, following financial difficulties.

OGC Nice will also have a new main shirt sponsor from 2025-26: financial services provider Robinhood (2025-2028), succeeding Ineos (chemicals), which will now appear as a sleeve sponsor of the club. Only one…
