Manchester United FC: opening of the refurbished first team building at Carrington

"Manchester United FC is proud to announce the completion of the £50m (€57.8m) redevelopment of the men’s first-team building at the Carrington Training Complex, marking an important milestone in the club’s commitment to providing world-class facilities for its players and staff," announced the Premier League club on 08/08/2025.

"This project represents a clear step towards unifying every part of the club around a shared footballing vision. By bringing our staff and players closer together in one integrated environment, we are creating a culture of collaboration and high-performance," said Omar Berrada, chief executive officer of the English club.

Manchester United FC had announced the launch of this project "as part of a plan to refurbish the men's team buildings at its Carrington training centre" on 14/06/2024.

The club also shared its intention to build a new 100,000-capacity stadium as part of the redevelopment of the Old Trafford area (south of Manchester) on 11/03/2025. The project, with a total estimated cost of £2bn (€2.31bn as of 13/08/2025), will take six years to complete…
