F1: Las Vegas Grand Prix to remain on calendar until 2027, government sponsorship (LVCVA) extended ($20m)

The board of directors of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the government agency that operates the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and is responsible for advertising campaigns in Clark County, Nevada (USA), unanimously approved the renewal of its Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix sponsorship agreement for 2026 and 2027, on 12/08/2025.

The LVCVA will allocate an annual $10m (€8.6m) to the partnership, compared to $9m (€7.7m) per year for the first three editions (2023-2025). This $9m included $2.5m (€2.1m) dedicated to ticketing, as well as ancillary event costs (transport and logistical support). This $1m (€860,000) annual increase "largely came from the sponsorship" and "not from other costs added into the agreement," according to Steve Hill, CEO of the LVCVA.

In the future, the LVCVA "could consider a longer-term contract with F1 after the 2027 race, depending on various factors." Introduced to the FIA Formula 1 World Championship calendar in 2023, the Grand Prix will therefore be held on the streets of Las Vegas until 2027.
