DAZN: launch of a worldwide free-to-air channel dedicated to LALIGA (2025-2027)

"DAZN has secured the global rights to build an official LALIGA channel on the its platform for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons," announced the British OTT platform on 15/08/2025.

"The channel of LALIGA will include a comprehensive range of LALIGA-produced content including matchday highlights of every game and other non-live content, available to fans around the world for free," said DAZN, which is already the official broadcaster "of live LALIGA matches in Spain as well as in key global markets including Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Japan, and Belgium."

In France, the broadcasting rights to all matches of the Spanish top flights have been held by the pay-TV group beIN SPORTS France since 2012, while the pay-TV group Premier Sports and The Walt Disney Company are sharing these rights in the UK over the 2025-2028 cycle (three seasons).
