Sponsorship: major changes for Bundesliga clubs for the 2025-26 season

With five clubs under contract (compared with six in 2024-25), Puma remains the most represented equipment supplier among the eight brands partnered with the 18 that comprise the 2025-26 Bundesliga. The German brand is ahead of its rival adidas, which is present with four clubs (twice as many as the previous season), and the American group Nike (with three clubs under contract).

There are only two changes of equipment supplier for the 2025-26 season: New Balance has replaced Castore at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, while adidas has committed to Eintracht Frankfurt for five seasons (2025-2030), replacing Nike in a deal valued at €5m per year. Two contracts have been extended: Borussia Dortmund's contract with Puma has been renewed until 2033-34, while SC Freiburg's contract with Nike (€3m per season) has been extended for an unspecified period.
