CMA Média (RMC-BFM): Claire Léost (ex-Prisma Media) appointed CEO

Claire Léost has been appointed CEO of CMA Média, announced the subsidiary of shipping company CMA CGM on 26/08/2025.

"Claire Léost will be responsible for defining and implementing CMA Média's strategy, for operational and financial performance, and for developing synergies within the division," explained the entity, which includes the RMC-BFM group as well as the regional dailies La Provence and Corse Matin, as well as the group La Tribune, Brut media and the management of holdings in the M6 channel.

The woman who has held the position of president of the Prisma Media group (Louis Hachette Group) since 2021 will report to Véronique Saadé, president of CMA Media, and "will work closely with Régis Ravanas, managing director of RMC-BFM, Jean-Christophe Tortora, managing director of CMA Media's press division and Brut's management once the acquisition is finalised." CMA CGM, a shareholder in Brut since 2022, entered into "exclusive negotiations" to acquire the media company in July 2025.
