AS Saint-Étienne: Casino (supermarkets) extends partnership & becomes warm-up shirt sponsor for 2025-26

Casino, a French mass retail and supermarket group, has extended his partnership with AS Saint-Étienne (Ligue 2 BKT) to become the warm-up shirt sponsor of its men's and women's teams (Arkema Première Ligue) for the 2025-26 season, announced the club on 27/08/2025.

This extension brings the total duration of the agreement to 93 seasons, with the French retailer having been a partner of the French club since 1933. Casino was AS Saint-Étienne's main shirt sponsor between 1986 and 2001 (via the Géant brand from 1999). In addition, "over the last two seasons (2023-2025), the group has supported the creation of a vegetable garden and an orchard at the Robert-Herbin sports centre in l'Etrat, particularly for the young members of the ASSE Kids' Club (aged 6-12), which the group will continue to support this year by supplying them with food products," explained the club.

Casino had also extended its partnership to AS Saint-Étienne's women's team in 2024-25, notably by becoming a pocket sponsor. "For this new season in the Arkema Première Ligue, the Casino group plans to strengthen its…
