Los Angeles 2028: "Legacy should measured in the lasting impact we leave behind" (Reynold Hoover, CEO)

"LA28 represents more than a moment on the world stage. It’s a once-in-a-generation opportunity to uplift our communities and lead by example. This plan presents "a vision of Olympic and Paralympic Games shaped by the city's spirit of reinvention and resilience," said LA28.

"At the heart of the LA28 plan are four guiding principles:
• radical reuse;
• inclusivity;
• community benefit;
