Liverpool FC: Jenny Beacham (finance) & Jonathan Bamber (legal) appointed to the board of directors

Jenny Beacham and Jonathan Bamber, chief financial officer and chief legal and external affairs officer at Liverpool FC (Premier League) respectively, will join the board with effect from 01/09/2025, announced the club the same day. "Beacham is the first woman to join the club's board under Fenway Sports Group's stewardship," added LFC.

The two directors are joining the LFC board with immediate effect, in anticipation of the retirement at the end of the 2025-26 season of managing director Andy Hughes, who is "the director fulfilling the legal and regulatory requirement for board-level engagement with the club's supporters board", a role which will now fall to Jonathan Bamber.

"These changes will also see Billy Hogan, chief executive officer, come off the board. Hogan will remain CEO of LFC, a position he has held since 2020, and Fenway Sports Group International. He will continue with his responsibilities as director of other FSG entities within the group structure," added the Merseyside club.
