Los Angeles 2028: Sunbelt Rentals "official rental equipment solutions & services partner"

Sunbelt Rentals, a Californian company specialised in rental equipment, has become an official partner of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, announced the organising committee on 02/09/2025. The brand will also become a sponsor of the American delegation (Team USA).

The group ranks third in the competition's sponsorship hierarchy alongside seven other brands, including the American taxi application Uber, which became a partner on 09/07/2025. Sunbelt Rentals will be responsible for providing rental equipment solutions and services for the organisation of the Games.

"The partnership represents an instrumental next step in LA28's unique venue infrastructure programme, which relies on temporary venues and temporary overlays on existing permanent venues," said the organising committee, which aims to generate a total of $2.5bn (€2.35bn) in sponsorship revenue. No new permanent venues will be built to host the Games, in accordance with the updated plan for Olympic and Paralympic venues communicated by LA28 on 21/06/2024.
