Basketball: DAZN to broadcast Liga Endesa (ESP) in several territories until 2030

DAZN has acquired the domestic and international broadcasting rights to the Liga Endesa from the Liga ACB for the 2025-2030 cycle (five seasons), announced the OTT platform on 04/09/2025.

The agreement also includes the Supercopa Endesa and the Copa del Rey (Spanish Basketball Cup). The domestic rights to the Liga ACB competitions were previously held by telecommunications operator Telefonica, owner of the Movistar Plus+ pay-TV package. The deal is worth an estimated €14.5m per season, according to Spanish media outlet 2Playbook.

DAZN will broadcast the three competitions internationally in the following territories from the 2025-26 season: USA, MENA, Italy, France, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Canada, Australia, Taiwan and Japan. Germany and Austria will be included in the agreement from the 2026-27 season.

One game per round of Liga Endesa will also be offered free-to-air on the streaming service, which will shortly be launching a dedicated offer for basketball competitions in Spain (€9.99 per month with commitment, €14.99 per month without commitment).
