• More than 500 supporters' groups have co-signed the Football Supporters Europe press release opposing the staging of domestic league matches abroad, according to FSE, which claims to have more than 3 million supporters behind it in its stance.
• "For the fourth year running, the record number of season ticket holders has been broken at the Abbé-Deschamps," announced AJ Auxerre (Ligue 1 McDonald's), which had 12,326 season ticket holders in 2025-26, "nearly five times as many as 10 years ago."

• More than 50,000 tickets have been sold for the opening match of the 2025-26 Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga between FC Bayern Munich and Bayer 04 Leverkusen at the Allianz Arena in Munich on Saturday 06/09/2025 (kick-off at 17:45 CET), according to the DFB, which says this is a record for the German women's championship.
