International transfers: $730m (€622m) spent by French clubs between 01/06 and 02/09/2025

$730m (€622m) was the sum spent by French clubs on (men's) international transfers between 01/06 and 02/09/2025 (including the special window from 01 to 10/06/2025 introduced for the Club World Cup), announced FIFA on 03/09/2025.

This total, which represents the arrival of 370 players, accounts for 7.5% of the $9.76bn (€8.34bn) spent worldwide, making France by the world's third biggest buyer, after England with $3.19bn (€2.72bn) spent (32.7% of the total) and Germany with $980m (€835.5m) spent (around 10% of the total), according to figures from the International Federation.

French clubs, on the other hand, received $1.27bn (€1.08bn) from the sale of 505 players outside France, or 13% of the global total, making them the world's second biggest sellers behind England ($1.55bn/€1.32bn) and ahead of Germany ($1.25bn/€1.06bn).
