Tottenham Hotspur FC: Adam Gardiner (ex-Arsenal FC) appointed chief marketing officer

Adam Gardiner has been appointed chief marketing officer at Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League), announced the club on 09/09/2025.

"Adam arrives in N17 (the club's postcode district in North London) in the new year to lead on the development and execution of the club's brand, marketing, and content strategies to further deepen engagement with our fans," said Tottenham regarding the man who has been marketing director at Arsenal FC since November 2022.

Before taking up this position at the London club, Adam Gardiner spent 12 years with equipment manufacturer Nike, including as football brand director for the United Kingdom and Ireland (from 2015 to 2018).

This appointment comes five days after the announcement that Daniel Levy, the club's executive chairman since February 2001, was stepping down on 04/09/2025.

  is the second Arsenal executive to be recruited by Tottenham in 2025. Vinai Venkatesham, Arsenal's CEO from 2020 to 2024, joined the London rivals in the same position in the summer of 2025.
