2025-26 Serie A Enilive: all you need to know about the 20 clubs in the Italian top flight

Four Italian clubs are participating in the 2025-26 Champions League group stage: SSC Napoli, Serie A Enilive champions in 2024-25, FC Inter Milan, runners-up in 2024-25, Atalanta BC, third, and Juventus FC (fourth). AS Roma (fifth) and Bologna FC 1909 (ninth but winners of the Coppa Italia) have qualified for the league phase of the Europa League, while ACF Fiorentina (sixth) are competing in the Conference League.

The three promoted clubs taking part in the 124^th edition of the Italian top flight are US Cremonese, Pisa Sporting Club and US Sassuolo. Sassuolo were relegated to the Serie BKT at the end of the 2023-24 season, while Cremonese last competed in the first division in 2022-23. Pisa, meanwhile, have returned to the Serie A after a 34-year absence (1990-91).

As part of the development of their brands, and therefore their commercial revenues, the 20 Italian clubs will also have to continue to grow on social media.
