2025-26 European Top 5: clubs, broadcasting, sponsorship... all you need to know about the five leagues

In September 2025, the 96 clubs in the European Top 5 leagues (Bundesliga, LALIGA EA Sports, Ligue 1 McDonald's, Premier League and Serie A Enilive) that started the 2025-26 season in August had 3.1 billion cumulative followers on social media.

Of these 96 clubs, 46 (48%) own their stadiums, including 17 in England and 14 in Germany. 31 stadiums have naming rights agreements.

The German brand adidas is the most represented equipment supplier, with 23 clubs (24%) under contract, ahead of its rival Puma (15 clubs) and the American group Nike (13).

The Emirates airline is the brand that appears as a main shirt sponsor for the most clubs, with four agreements in force. Only four other companies (Winamax, Digi, Etihad Airways and Red Bull) are featured on the front of more than one team's shirt, with two clubs each under contract.

As of 31/08/2025, 14 clubs have a 100% stadium fill rate and 13 have an average home attendance of 60,000 or above.
