Former Kenyan professional tennis player Eno Polo has been appointed CEO of the Association of Tennis Professionals "effective immediately," announced the ATP on 17/09/2025.

The former CEO of the Premier Padel international circuit (November 2023 to April 2024) succeeds Massimo Calvelli, who stepped down as CEO of the organisation in June 2025 to join US investment fund RedBird Capital Partners as an operating partner. Andrea Gaudenzi, president of the ATP, has until now held the position of interim CEO.

"Since 2021, Eno has served as a player representative on the ATP board of directors, a role that has provided him with a deep understanding of the ATP's operations, stakeholder landscape, and long-term strategic priorities. As CEO, Polo will oversee the ATP's global operations and continue to drive OneVision - a transformative plan designed to grow the sport, elevate fan engagement, and deliver long-term value for players, tournaments, and partners across the Tour," said the organiser of professional men's tennis tournaments.
