Stade Brestois 29: "TV rights down from €42.5m in 2023-24 to €4.5m in 2025-26" (Denis Le Saint)

"In concrete terms, our revenue from domestic TV rights paid by the LFP has fallen from €42.5m in 2023-24 (including €15m in TV rights + €11m in ranking bonuses + €16.5m from the final CVC payment), to €8.7m in 2024-25, and to €4.5m (domestic and international TV rights) in 2025-26," said Denis Le Saint, president of Stade Brestois 29 (Ligue 1 McDonald's), told the club's website on 17/09/2025.

The head of Le Saint (fresh produce distribution) spoke out as several groups of supporters of the Breton club, which generated €50m in additional audiovisual revenue in 2024-25 via UEFA due to its first ever participation in the Champions League, "are questioning Stade Brestois' budget" and the use of these revenues.
