Matchday 5 of the 2025-26 Ligue 1 McDonald's season drew an average of 27,898 spectators per game, from Friday 19 to Monday 22/09/2025. The average stadium fill rate was 85.4%.

Olympique de Marseille - Paris Saint-Germain (1-0), the final game of the matchday, originally scheduled for Sunday 21/09 but postponed to Monday 22/09 (kick-off at 20:00 CET) due to bad weather in the south of France, posted the highest attendance, with 66,190 spectators and a fill rate of nearly 100% at the Stade Orange Vélodrome (66,226 capacity). Three other fixtures were attended by more than 30,000 spectators.

The French top flight has an average attendance of 27,885 spectators per game and an average stadium fill rate of 87.3% after five matchdays in 2025-26.
