Chelsea FC: business leadership team reorganised after departure of chief revenue officer Casper Stylsvig

Chelsea FC (Premier League) has announced the departure of Casper Stylsvig, the club's chief revenue officer since November 2023, as well as the reorganisation of its business leadership team, on 23/09/2025.

The American Todd Kline, who had already announced on LinkedIn that he would be joining the London club in November 2024, has been officially appointed president of commercial at Chelsea, while Phil Lynch has been appointed chief digital officer.

James Murray, previously chief strategy officer and head of business operations, has also been promoted to chief operating officer. Murray will be given "a wider remit of responsibility in the day-to-day running of club operations," said Chelsea.

"All three will report into the president of Chelsea FC, Jason Gannon," added the club.
