Borussia Dortmund: Rewe (retail) training kit sponsor from 2025-26

Rewe, a German retail and supermarket group, has extended its partnership with Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) to become a training kit sponsor from the 2025-26 season, announced the club on 25/09/2025.

Rewe has been partnered with Borussia Dortmund since the 2009-10 season. As part of the extended agreement, the group now ranks second in the German club's sponsorship hierarchy, alongside its sleeve sponsor Polestar (2025-2028, €5m per year). The visibility on training kit covers all the club's teams, including its women's team (Regionalliga West), for which Rewe has been the main shirt sponsor since the start of the 2025-26 season.

"Rewe will also become BVB's food partner and, in addition to stadium bratwurst (German sausage), will supply other products for Borussia Dortmund's event and catering division," said the club, which generated €146.6m in sponsorship revenue in 2024-25. The two partners will also offer fans "exclusive events, special activations and special offers."
