The American group, which has owned RCSA since June 2023, a year after acquiring Chelsea FC (Premier League), made the statement 10 days after the "Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace Supporters' Federation", which brings together four RCSA supporters' groups, called for Marc Keller to resign. Among other things they criticised Keller for the player transfers between the Alsatian club and Chelsea, and the fact that he was no longer "in control of decisions."
