Social Football Summit 2025: a start-up competition for the 8^th edition at the Allianz Stadium (Turin)

A start-up competition, "SFS Extratime", is being launched as part of the eighth edition of the Social Football Summit, an international event for the football industry (business, innovation, marketing and communication), to be held at the Allianz Stadium in Turin (Italy) on Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19/11/2025.

Companies wishing to take part in the competition, co-organised with the Italian digital transformation company Almaviva, have until 31/10 to submit their applications. On 06/11, a maximum of six start-ups will be selected to take part in the "Demo day", during which they will present their projects to a panel of experts on 18/11.

These projects must relate to one of the following four areas: technologies and performance; fan engagement and new experiences; business model and sustainability; and media, content and entertainment. The winning start-up will receive €5,000 and will be able to present its project during the Social Football Summit.

The SFS Awards ceremony will also be part of the event, of which News Tank Football is a media partner.
