Arkema Première Ligue: launch of the multiview feature on YouTube, "a first in France"

The Ligue Féminine de Football Professionnel (LFFP) and the video platform YouTube have entered into a partnership to launch a multiview feature during the broadcasting of the Arkema Première Ligue, "a first in France," announced the LFFP on 27/09/2025.

This feature, which makes it possible to watch several matches simultaneously, was launched on Matchday 3 of the 2025-26 season of the French women's top flight, played on 26 and 27/09/2025. "The matchday's four games are broadcast simultaneously, each in a different corner of the screen. Using the remote control, viewers can switch matches at any time, with the audio and commentary adapting instantly," explained the League.

The multiview feature, already used by bodies such as the NBA and The FA, is accessible via the competition's YouTube channel and only on smart TVs, while "YouTube is working on its forthcoming roll-out on mobile and desktop," added the LFFP.
