1. FC Köln: Jörn Stobbe appointed president following the election of a new board of directors

Jörn Stobbe has been elected president of 1. FC Köln (Bundesliga) for a three-year term (2025-2028) at the club's general meeting on 27/09/2025, announced the club the same day. Stobbe succeeds Werner Wolf, president since 2019, who did not stand for re-election.

The team led by the German, born on 14/11/1965 and former member of the club's supervisory board (2013-2018 and then 2019-2021), received around 65% of the votes and was elected in the first round. It also includes Jörg Alvermann and Ulf Sobek, who complete 1. FC Köln's new board as vice-presidents.

The election was held at the RheinEnergieStadion (Cologne, Germany) in the presence of 5,800 members.

• Wilke Stroman and Sven-Georg Adenauer's proposed lists received 25% and 10% of the votes respectively.
