CIES: Chelsea FC & Paris SG, clubs whose players have increased in value the most since October 2024

Chelsea FC (Premier League) is the club whose contracted players' value increased the most between 01/10/2024 and 01/10/2025, with a valuation up by €372m in one year, according to the CIES Football Observatory's "Weekly Post", published on 08/10/2025.

Chelsea, FIFA Club World Cup 2025 winners, have overtaken Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's), 2024-25 European champions, whose players under contract increased in value by €352m over the same period. Nottingham Forest FC (Premier League) complete the podium with a cumulative increase in value of €327m.

Conversely, Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Bundesliga) saw the value of their players fall the most, with a decline of €202m, ahead of Manchester United FC (Premier League, -€169m) and West Ham United FC (Premier League, -€157m).
