"What we’ll see with the first wave of media rights tenders launch is something a little bit different in terms of the way that media rights are sold and packaged. We go simultaneously across the Top 5 markets: England, Spain, France, Italy and Germany. That’s never been done before, to run a simultaneous tender, because there are new competitive dynamics," declared Charlie Marshall, co-managing director of UC3, to News Tank Football on the sidelines of the 32^nd European Football Clubs (formerly the ECA) general assembly held in Rome (ITA) from 09/10/2025.

UC3 and Relevent Football Partners launched, for the first time, a simultaneous tender for the broadcasting rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, Youth League, Futsal Champions League) in the European Top 5 (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK) from the 2027-28 season on 13/10/2025. The deadline for bids is 18/11/2025.
