FC Barcelona: 2024-25 annual accounts & 2025-26 provisional budget approved by the club's members

FC Barcelona's (LALIGA EA Sports) delegate members have approved the accounts for the 2024-25 financial year (from 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025) by 412 votes (78%) in favour, 84 against and 31 blank, and the projected budget for 2025-26 by 418 votes (82.6%) in favour, 55 against and 21 blank, announced the Catalan club on 19/10/2025.

The following figures were approved:
• revenues of €994m in 2024-25, including record sponsorship revenue of €259m and merchandising revenue of €170m (+55% in one season);
• a current profit of €2m but a net loss of €17m due to "extraordinary operations", in particular the settlement agreement reached with UEFA's CFCB for non-compliance with the football revenue rule (penalty of €15m);
• a projected budget for 2025-26 with record revenues of €1.075bn and a profit of €4m.
