NBA: rights in France renewed by beIN SPORTS, broadcaster alongside Prime Video from 2025-26

The Cleveland Cavaliers - New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs - Dallas Mavericks games to kick off the 2025-26 NBA regular season were broadcast live on beIN SPORTS France on the night of Wednesday 22 to Thursday 23/10/2025, confirming that the pay-TV group has extended its NBA broadcasting rights for an undisclosed period.

The first games of the season, played on the night of 21-22/10, were not broadcast due to a lack of agreement with the broadcaster. beIN will now broadcast the North American league's games in France alongside the American group Amazon.

The owner of the Prime Video platform has obtained the TV rights to certain games in the league for the 2025-2036 cycle as part of a global agreement signed with the NBA on 24/07/2024. Each season, the group will broadcast up to 86 regular-season games, play-in games, a third of the play-off games in the first two rounds, a series of conference finals and the NBA Finals six years out of 11.
