European Top 5: LALIGA EA Sports' home-grown players have the highest market value (€1.46bn) in 2025

LALIGA EA Sports is the European Top 5 league whose home-grown players are worth the most in 2025-26, announced LALIGA during the presentation of "an analysis of the economic and sporting value of its clubs' youth academies and home-grown players in recent years" on 27/10/2025.

As a result, the value of footballers from the academies of Spanish top flight clubs has reached €1.46bn, ahead of the Premier League (€1.076bn), the Bundesliga (€960m), Serie A Enilive (€890m) and Ligue 1 McDonald's (€760m).

The LALIGA EA Sports clubs also offer the most playing time to youth academy players, with 19.8% of minutes played in 2024-25, ahead of Ligue 1 (13.5%), the Bundesliga (7%), the Premier League (6.4%) and Serie A (5.5%).
