Philippe Diallo, president of the Fédération Française de Football (FFF), Olivier Gavalda and Gérald Grégoire, respectively CEO and deputy general manager of Crédit Agricole, presented the first naming rights partnership in the history of the men's Coupe de France, a century-old competition (created in 1918) renamed the "Coupe de France Crédit Agricole" for the 2025-2028 cycle (three seasons), at the banking group's headquarters in Montrouge (Hauts-de-Seine, FRA) on 03/11/2025.

"This is a new adventure for the Coupe de France Crédit Agricole, an event that is both popular and part of France's sporting heritage, watched by 21 million French people over the age of 16. Along with the Tour de France, these are two major events that are close to the hearts of all French people. I wanted us to come up with new ideas to enhance the participation of the more than 7,300 clubs involved," said the FFF president.
