Daniel Guardia has been promoted to to chief commercial officer at Real Betis Balompié (LALIGA EA Sports), he announced via the platform LinkedIn, on 03/11/2025.

The Spaniard joined the club from Seville (Spain) as head of global partnerships in September 2023. He had previously held the position of business development manager EMEA at FC Barcelona, from April 2020 to September 2023.

Daniel Guardia will work alongside Emilio García Duarte, who joined Real Betis Balompié as chief revenue officer at the end of December 2024 after 15 years in the NBA.
