Italy: Eurosport & DAZN to broadcast the Emirates FA Cup until 2028 (three seasons)

DAZN and Warner Bros. Discovery, owner of the Eurosport Group, have acquired the rights to broadcast the Emirates FA Cup in Italy for three seasons (2025-2028), announced the British OTT platform on 04/11/2025. The platform had already been broadcasting the competition since the 2018-19 season.

The "co-exclusive" broadcasting will start from the second round, which begins on 06/12/2025, before the Premier League clubs enter the draw in the third round (10/01/2026).

This announcement comes three months after DAZN and Warner Bros. Discovery renewed and extended their distribution agreement in Italy on 22/07/2025. As part of the extended agreement, DAZN will not only distribute the Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 channels, but will also offer all the competitions broadcast via Eurosport's digital offering. The platform also distributes Warner Bros. Discovery's Italian free-to-air channels such as Nove and DMAX.
