Eagle Football Group: revenues of €70.8m in Q1 of 2025-26 (+7%)

Eagle Football Group recorded revenues of €70.8m in the first quarter of 2025-26 (from 01/07/2025 to 30/09/2025), up 7% on the first three months of the 2024-25 financial year (€66.1m), announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's) on 10/11/2025. However, excluding player trading, sales were down 18% at €30.1m (compared with €36.5m a year earlier).

While the Group's results were positively impacted by income from the sale of player registrations, which amounted to €40.7m (compared with €29.7m at 30/09/2024, +37%), and from ”sponsoring-advertising” (€7.7m, +15%), other sources of revenue declined. In particular, ”events” revenue fell from €7.5m to €2.4m due to a "lower level of major events activity" (11 football matches as part of the Paris 2024 Olympics and the France-Belgium match for the French A team).
