Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 McDonald's) has begun construction of its future headquarters "just a stone's throw from the Orange Vélodrome (Marseille, 8th arrondissement)," announced the club during a visit by its president Pablo Longoria to the site on 18/11/2025. The teams are scheduled to relocate in 2026.

These future premises will house "all of OM's administrative and corporate teams, as well as the employees of MARS360" the exclusive operator of the Stade Vélodrome. The club's sporting activities will continue to be based at the Robert Louis-Dreyfus Training Centre (Marseille, 12th arrondissement).

"This move is fully in line with the club's overall development project. Designed as a modern, functional space, the new headquarters should help coordinate services and support the club's growth. It represents a key stage in OM's modernisation to bring it up to the standards of Europe's top clubs, and reflects the club's desire to strengthen its organisation and pursue its development, while remaining deeply rooted in Marseille, its region and its identity," explained the club.
